PTO School Support Programs

There are many activities that occur throughout the school year that are not supported by the general school budget.  Your involvement in the following programs will enable the PTO to provide monetary support for many activities, services, and facility improvements that provide a richer educational experience for the children of St. James School.

 2010/2011 Major Programs:

• Fall Fundraiser – Utilizing a variety of fundraising product sales each year, the Fall Fundraiser starts in September with product delivery at the end of October. 

•  Entertainment Book Sale – Supporters can purchase the Entertainment book at $5 less than regular retail price. This program starts in October and runs for two weeks. 

• Magazine Drive – This program provides the opportunity to subscribe to new magazines and/or renewing existing subscriptions. The school receives a portion of each subscription cost.

• Kroger Gift Cards – Kroger will donate 4% to the PTO every time a member shops at Kroger and uses the PTO Kroger Gift Card to pay for purchases. Purchases include groceries, prescriptions, floral, and gasoline. The process is simple and is FREE TO YOU.

• Panther Gift Cards/Shop with Scrips:  This program allows you to purchase gift certificates at their face value for various restaurants and stores in our area.  Saint James School number is 77C5AA7E1934   Alphabetical Vendor List and List by Category

• Market Day: Market Day allows for convenient monthly ordering and pick-up of a wide variety of foods. 

• General Mills Box Tops: Box Tops from General Mills products are collected and then redeemed for cash.

• Tyson Labels: Labels from Tyson food products are collected and redeemed for cash.  This program runs throughout the school year.

• Campbell's Soup Labels: Labels are collected to purchase equipment for school. They are accepted all year through your child’s homeroom teacher.

Money raised by these programs will provide funding for many school projects.  Below is a sample of previously funded projects.
