Latest News

For more than a year, our school, in coordination with the School Advisory Commission, has been planning for our future.  In 2015, St. James completed the cycle of the Ohio Catholic Schools Accreditation process.  The data and feedback collected from many work sessions and from surveys of parents, students, and faculty members from this process were used to help the work of our School Advisory Commission, the Leadership Team at St. James, and the school administration as we studied and planned for the needs of our school community.  The result of this work is Growing Our Community of Faith, Academics, & Service 2016-2021 and Beyond.  This is a bold strategic plan for St. James School addressing the areas of faith development, strong academics, and financial vitality.

Below is a link to the strategic plan document.  We encourage you to take a look and see the exciting plans we have for our future.

St. James School has the following positions open:

Technology Instructor
St. James School is seeking an energetic instructor for technology for grade K-4 for the 2019-2020 school year. This part-time position is 60% of a teacher’s schedule.  This position offers the opportunity to join a dedicated team of educators in a school/parish community that blends academics, faith, family, and service.  St. James has been named a Top Workplace for the past two years.  The ideal candidate will have knowledge of basic technology and programs, the ability to instruct others, and can relate well to children.  This position does not require a teaching license.  Candidates must have fingerprints, background check, and VIRTUS current with the Archdiocese of Cincinnati prior to starting the position. Interested candidates should submit a cover letter, resume, and contact information for three references to Jeffrey Fulmer, Principal, via email at jfulmer@stjameswo.org.

Substitute Teachers
